Mr. Cheung joined Gleacher & Company in 2008 as a Vice President in the New York office. Prior to joining Gleacher & Company, Mr. Cheung was a Vice President in Imperial Capital’s Restructuring Group in New York. Prior to Imperial, he was an Associate with the Technology, Media and Telecommunications group at Bear Stearns. Prior to Bear Stearns, he was an Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance focused on financial restructurings and special situations. Mr. Cheung began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Science Applications International Corporation, a Fortune 500 engineering and technical services firm serving federal as well as commercial customers. Mr. Cheung received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
