FATV seeks to capitalize on significant trends that create attractive investment opportunities primarily in the technology and clean technology sectors. FATV makes investments of $3 to $8 million in early and expansion stage companies, but not seed investments. The firm leads most investments and has the ability to bring in additional investors to ensure a company is backed by an investor team with adequate funding resources for the future. The firm takes an active role in the growth of portfolio companies and typically serves on portfolio companies’ Boards of Directors.
