Ashleigh Swayze

Ms. Swayze joined the firm in January 2003 and is Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Gleacher Fund Advisors and is a member of the Investment Committee.  Ms. Swayze also acts as Chief Compliance Officer for GFA and Director of Compliance for Gleacher Partners.  Previously, she was an associate in the Securities Law Practice Group at Stark & Stark where she advised hedge funds, investment advisers, broker-dealers and other securities professionals on compliance, risk management and corporate issues.   Ms. Swayze also worked as a corporate, bankruptcy and secured transactions associate with Sterns and Weinroth.  Ms. Swayze received dual BAH (Bachelor of the Arts, Honors Major) and BA degrees from Villanova University and a juris doctor from Rutgers University School of Law.  Ms. Swayze is a member of the bar of New Jersey.
