Mr. Hale has over twenty years of experience in the fixed income markets. Mr. Hale joined Gleacher & Company in March 2008 as Managing Director and Co-Head of Trading, along with the team from BNY Capital Markets. Mr. Hale was a founding member of Mendham Capital. Mr. Hale began his career at the Printon Kane Group. Mr. Hale graduated from Gettysburg College in 1984.
